Main Tasks OJKI
- To enhance the quality of human resources within the Financial Services Authority and the Financial Services Sector, among others, through the implementation of training programs, seminars, and workshops.
- To develop and refine human resource competency standards in the Financial Services Sector as a reference for certification programs, competency-based training programs, and other human resource development initiatives.
- To administer Professional Certification Bodies (LSP) within the Financial Services Sector through the processing of recommendation and registration applications, as well as the monitoring and evaluation of LSPs.
- To manage research activities in support of policy formulation and regulatory development in the Financial Services Sector and/or to contribute to academic publications.
