Main Tasks OJKI
  1. To enhance the quality of human resources within the Financial Services Authority and the Financial Services Sector, among others, through the implementation of training programs, seminars, and workshops.
  2. To develop and refine human resource competency standards in the Financial Services Sector as a reference for certification programs, competency-based training programs, and other human resource development initiatives.
  3. To administer Professional Certification Bodies (LSP) within the Financial Services Sector through the processing of recommendation and registration applications, as well as the monitoring and evaluation of LSPs.
  4. To manage research activities in support of policy formulation and regulatory development in the Financial Services Sector and/or to contribute to academic publications.
